We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the service.

Third-Party Platforms

Sort Feed interacts with Instagram and TikTok but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or ByteDance Ltd. Use of Sort Feed must comply with the terms of service of these platforms.

User Responsibilities

Lawful Use

You agree to use Sort Feed only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms. You may not use our service to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other laws.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you export using Sort Feed. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of exported content complies with copyright laws and the terms of service of Instagram and TikTok.

Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code; (b) use Sort Feed to scrape data at excessive rates; (c) share your account credentials; (d) use the service to harass or harm others; (e) attempt to bypass any security measures.

Fees

Free to use today

Sort Feed is currently offered free of charge. Core extension features described on our website are available without payment.

If paid options are added later

We may introduce optional paid features or services in the future. If we do, we will show pricing and billing terms clearly before you are charged, and we will only bill you when you explicitly agree.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Sort Feed and all associated intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Sort Feed or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sort Feed for personal or commercial content creation purposes.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback and suggestions. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use your suggestions without compensation or attribution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sort Feed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Platform Changes

Instagram and TikTok may change their platforms in ways that affect Sort Feed functionality. We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of these platforms or that all features will remain available.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that exported metrics, transcriptions, or other data are 100% accurate or complete. You should verify critical data independently.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sort Feed and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid for the service.

Jurisdictional Variations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.

Section 08

Termination

By You

You may stop using Sort Feed and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove all your data from our active servers within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sort Feed if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Sort Feed immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Can I use Sort Feed for client work?

Yes, you can use Sort Feed for commercial content creation and client work. Each team member should have their own account for premium features.

What happens if Instagram changes their platform?

We continuously update Sort Feed to maintain compatibility. However, if a platform change makes a feature impossible, we will communicate this clearly and may offer alternative solutions.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or extenuating circumstances.

How often do these terms change?

We update terms as needed to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
